With devolved institutions and a judicial system. Not getting my hopes up though. There should be a national security agency that all federal states have a stake in and it shouldn’t be politicized. It focus should be on counterterrorism and fighting terrorismTarTar wrote: Sun Nov 28, 2021 9:37 pmwuts happening in the ex italian colony's province of puntland ain't federalism. niggas even ban SNA from conducting training operations in Nugal. the shitshow is stealth secessionReturnOfMariixmaan wrote: Sun Nov 28, 2021 8:14 pmAnd money taught me and is my blood, literally. These guys fear PL more than anything else. Their fear is misguided. Other than Sool and Sanaag, PL has no issues with SL and both states have the same goals of autonomy.
Copyland is u guessed it copying Somaliland's defacto independence. their only disagreement wit Somaliland is they want wasakhgali n dolbahanta 2 b under tha 3 mahamud saleban brothers of magertenland
but we ain't got tha same goal. our goal is 2 see the ex italian colony united under a central government. even if somaliland changes his mind about divorcing the ex italian colony, there will b no tribal state autonomy for puntland. unitary system or a north-south 2 state federal system, with sol n sanag under north state. n pland under south state or the ex italian colony
that's an irreconcilable difference. our differene wit Hamar on the otha hand mite resolved in final status negotiations. we have 2 make sure the president of the ex italian colony is the only party negotiating wit us. it would be fatal 4 final status negotiations 2 grant puntland tribal province veto power in a confederal system of government 4 the ex italian colony
petition ur president Farmajo n tell 'em wut u want in negotiations. but tha final decision belong to somaliland republic n somalia federal, not their component provinces
Somaliland will always be part of Somalia, the only areas for negotiation is what type of Somalia they will be part of. PL, JL and SL believe in a federal government system where majority of power is in the hands of the states. Farmajo and his ilk believe in dictatorship and going back to kacaan style of government. Those are your only options no matter how much you calacaal about PL
We dont believe in a federal Somalia correction wax aan an jirin hanaaga samaayn. Somaliland interdependence is not up for negotiations. Stop making things up. If u are part of somalia doesnt make us part of Somalia. Ha riyoon sxb.
