It would seem Abdi Waayeel has promised Habar Ciise share of the seats Sade is due from Xeraale local council seeing as Ceelasha and Inagibile twin settlements are less than 3 miles from Xeraale settlement.

Caabudwaaq has now missed the "selection" date of D.C and Deputy D.C due to the gross injustice in council formations.

The selections were to be concluded by today with handover ceremony, but instead at the invitation of VP Ciid Dhuusamareeb is hosting the elders of Habar Ciise with a book long grievance against the state Interior Minister.

Who is responsible for this injustice? Wasiir cabdi waayeel never striked me as the sort to attempt this kind of thing.

Update: Qoorqoor and Interior Minister Waayeel first apologized. Then said more council are left and Habar Ciise will be given multiple first pick slots. Habar Ciise said thank you, but no. They listed a book long set of grievances and said we don't want "multiple.". They want their Caabudwaaq "seat." And until then, Abudwaq airport is "theirs." Galmudug then said "ok, let us talk and we will get back to you. Upon coming back to Caabudwaaq, the chiefs of Wagardhac, Celi, Rer Siyaad Hussein, and Rer Hersi (bah-Ogaadeen) presented themselves for support and affirmation saying if any forces belonging to "Galmudug" move towards them, their clans will immediately pick up arms in support of Habar Ciise.

Update: A self-initiated "problem solver" group in reer Dalal has reached out to Habar Ciise and extended an olive branch saying an attack on Habar Ciise equity was an attack on Waaxda Bah-Ogaadeen's equity and that Habar Ciise's grievance was but part of a larger grievance Waaxda Bah-Ogaadeen has as the single most important constituency in Caabudwaaq which was not reflected in the council formations.

The understanding shown is that Waaxda Bah-Ogaadeen should not have taken an equal proportion to the other Waax, but like as happened in Balanbale with Waaxda Bah-Hawiye taking the lion's share, Waaxda Bah-Ogaadeen should have proportionally received larger share of the Caabudwaaq seats on account of their greater proportion of Caabudwaaq. In fact the 3 main clans left out---Habar Ciise, Hawlraarsame, and Rer Mohamud Guled---are all part of Waaxda Bah-Ogaadeen. It is not that "reer Dalal took seats from them" but that Waaxda Bah-Ogaadeem collectively did not receive their weight.

Important break through which I would have to concur with myself to be honest.

Waaxda bah-Ogaadeen collectively did not receive its maqaam which I think calls into question Waaxda Bah-Ogaadeen inter-relationship juxtaposed against Waaxda Bah-Hawiye.

Waaxda bah-Hawiye collectively fight together and not only are they satisfied, but together they are stronger.

A stronger Waax bah-Ogaadeen is a stronger Rer Dalal as the head and is an individually satisfied Habar Ciise and Rer Mohamud Guuleed and Hawlraarsame, etc.

I really admire Waaxda Bah-Hawiye in Balanbale because they internalized united we are stronger. Uurmidig holding a grievance was like reer Siyaad or reer Warsame or reer Kooshin holding a grievance and when they fought together Balanbale was unimaginably more united and happier and better.

It is a positive development that makes Caabudwaaq more stable, unified, and cohesive.

Waa laga faa'iidaystay Waaxda Bah-Ogaadeen and I say that as Waaxda Bah-Hawiye and that is an indictment on Waaxda Bah-Ogaadeen's political power and stature and political prowess all because they dropped the ball on the advantages of fighting together as a waax which makes each one of them stronger and more powerful. Rer Dalal in particular has so far missed an opportunity, in my opinion, to cement the larger Waax into a political caucus or electorate that would make Rer Dalal the single unassailable predominant head of the strongest waax leaving in the dust all competition to reer Dalal from the heads of other waax who would compete with her in things like Galmudug Vice President.

Let's hope we see this negative moment turn Caabudwaaq into the happy, at peace and stronger Balanbale that rose from her earlier negative moment with the council stuff.
