Correct they are doing their duty as ciidan qaran. And they will be used to deal with spoilers if needed. Blockade isku diyaariya hada dowladda mucaaradin.

It's basically a mass suicide mission. Somalidu oday jaahil ah yaa la hadhay. A whole clan holding a meeting sending threats to multiple other clans and somehow they expect those same clans to deliver for them. They need to start teaching diplomacy to Somalis from young age, and the art of making deals that don't involve ultimatums and zero sum games.
