The territories are lands of historical disputes or important lands that don't generate its own revenue and therefore require direct rule from the Central Government. Galxariir barwaaqo - Ceelbuur, Galhareeri and Dayniile. Yes we want our own vatican in Dayniile it already has an airport and private hospital. The rest of our areas in Xamar can benefit from staying under Benadir authority which can achieve statehood by an agreement on its maqaam.
