He use to claim he was writing a book.......I told him he'd struggle to find a publisher for his cut & paste nonsense.

Last time I heard he faked his own death before making a brief reappearance.

He wrote a Somali language book and though it is riddled with significant number of inconsistencies, non sequiturs and other illogical fallacies including various numbers of decontextualizations, in particular a failure to situate British colonial writing as "the" imperialist perspective or rather merely "a" perspective part of the body of perspectives, with a most especial detraction being a singularly unjustified grievance against Mr. Idaajaa; nevertheless, I found it a very worthwhile read. You can find it on the Internet Archive website @ Archive.org.

One particularly informative takeaway for me was a splendid encapsulation of the oral history of the Habar Yonis chieftaincy.
