I can't begrudge Ogaden excellence.......they have been dealt bad hands over the years, and yet have come through for their people.

It should be noted that Paul Kagame use to be the Ugandan intelligence chief.......before leading the Rwandan Patriotic Front to power in Rwanda.
The rest is history.

Ogadens are mastering the arts of statecraft, diplomacy, military, politics etc.......while Somalis are just an embarrassment.
