In general, stop responding to ME. Respond to "information."

Thank you.
Gubbet I wonder how siyaad barre would feel if he was still alive. He imported a lot of your cagdheer cousins into Somalia
He would probably tell Ilkoyar not to get anywhere near his mother Shamhaad's people, his dear reer abti.

Wallahi few things about Somalis surprise, but how Ogaden, not all but some, bite the hand of the man who was more favorable towards them than any other Somali in world histor;y---by far more favorable towards them than his own clan---istill leaves me incredulous. Wallahi he was more favorable towards them than he could ever have been towards his own folks and astronomically more favorable towards them than any of them could have been towards us whether we were their reer abti or not.

You would see Patriot here call him "Afweyne" and peddle unintelligible inanities when guys who were his own Reer Isaaq from DHAGAXBUUR like the Jees brothers were top government ministers at the same time.

What Puntland and Deni leadned from Ahmed Madoobe is what Marehan learned from the Jees' of the past namely "Don't you EVER do a favor for 'The Patriots' of this world!"

And if you do, you better do it counting it beforehand as an investment loss, if not an investment LIABILITY altogether!
It’s ironic that barre wanted to use ogaden against isaaq tribe by settling ogaden refugees in non darod lands but in the end ogaden mercenaries turned on the corrupt barre tribe and have been holding them hostage.

This is why you don’t make dumb decisions based on tribal grievances

This is categorically false mythologizing used as anti-Barre grievance making and I understand it perfectly well because everything is fine in war and love as they say.

News flash sxb: Isaaq and Somaliland are the northern border with Somali region just like Darood are the eastern border and the Hiiraan Samaale/Hawiye clans are the center border with Rahanweyn/Awlyahan the south eastern border and Marehan and Gedo the southern.

Only in the Isaaq border and the center border with Hiiraan has this grievance making risen EVEN THOUGH GEDO REGION HAD 3X AS MUCH REFUGEES THAN BOTH COMBINED. GEDO REGION EVEN HAD OROMO OR "SOMALI ABO" REFUGEES WHO FLED WITH SOMALIA AFTER THE 1977 DEFEAT. I HAVE MET OROMO ARSI WHO WERE BORN IN DOLLOW AND LUUQ REFUGEE CAMPS IN THE 80'S. LOOK AT THE UNHCR PAPERS ABOUT SOMALIA SINCE THEY SERVICED THE REFUGEE CAMPS.

Gedo, the Cawlyahan Bakool corridor, Balanbale, Caabudwaaq, Galdogob, and Buuhoodle areas all head refugees.

The problem why you do not see that and not just you is exactly the inverse to why you only see Isaaq and Hiiraan make an issue of that namely it is the Waqooyi and Hiiraan parts that tribalized it because of their tribal based rebellion.

Nobody was trying to "plant" Darod in Gebilay and Arabsiyo, the reason why Absame refugees from Somali region (your literal closest neighbors, it is not like Degoodiye or Gugundhabe were your neighbors) fled there across the border IS THE EXACT SAME REASON why Isaaq fled TO THEM jn Harshin and Qabribayax during the SNM rebellion---

---IT WAS THE CLOSEST LOCATION TO ESCAPE ACROSS THE BORDER FOR AVOIDING THE CONFLICT.

Garre and Degoodiye and Somali Abo from Sidama fled to Gedo, Dir and Awlyahan fled to Bakool, Bah Geri fled to Hiiraan, Darood in Doollo and Makaahiil fled to Darod in central regions, Mohamed Zubeer and Bartirre and Abaskuul Jidwaaq fled to Waqooyi Galbeed, Samaroon and Dir fled to Awdal.

ONLY 2/6 LOCATIONS MAKE AN ISSUE OUT OF HAVING BEEN THE CLOSEST SAFETY ZONE FOR THOSE REFUGEES.

And you and I both know why.
