As a result HSM is RESPONSIBLE for not committing crimes AND protecting moral and ethical good (good governance)
Nepotism is such a disease that democratic leaders the world over do not habitually employ family in government even if there is no law forbidding it precisely to protect the PUBLIC FROM CIRCUMSTANCES SUCH AS THIS RUNNING CASE.
