Except this does not reflect the reality of a serious mobilization across Isaaqland. You also have to take into account you are not dealing with rational actors here. We have learned that the hard way. We had to literally pacify Gedo and Kismaayo to keep Mogadishu and the rest of Hawiyeland safe. Sooner or later you might be forced to do that in the north. Time will tell.
