I I can't see the Xabashi going against Ogaden in favour of minority iidoors. There are multiple ethnic conflicts in Ethiopia.....the last thing they want is Ogaden uprising.

OD the MOU doesn't involve land swapping but it benefits all Somalis in Ethiopia including cagdheers by alleviating Ethiopia's landlockedness problem hence why Mr Cagjar supports the MOU. Other countries like Djibouti are free to offer Ethiopia an even better sea access deal than what Somaliland has proposed but none are forthcoming

We established the whole region institutions from A to Z when they were hiding in the pushes . For 1 decade and half. They recently came out of the pushes after abdi iley killed most of their leaders.
