Rampage, where did you get that number? I was told all of somalia's debt was less than 1 billion.

$2 billion is owed to the Soviets alone.

Its highly likely that it will be forgiven.
the sad thing is that any somali goverment will be stupid enough to
rack up the same amount of debts very quickly.
