1)The qualities in Man to be sought are well and clearly explained in one of my replies walaal!
However its recommended that a girl should marry a man in a higher status than her!
And as well he should physically please you.

2)It is not a requirement a woman to be stingy, however it is prefered as she would be a good saver for her husband.
Not stingy as not spending anything on her house or herself!
But stingy as she will preserve her own and her husband's possessions
