LAA HAWLA WALAA QUWWATA ILLAA BILLAH. “There is no power, nor any strength (can be attained) except with the help of Allah.”

BENEFIT: It comes in the Hadith that this Dua is a cure for Ninety-nine illnesses for the one who always reads it, the lightest of which is worry and distress.
