Whats your opinion of Ethiopians?

kimbuli, you are right. But why do ethiopian leaders want to divide somalis though? What have we done to them to interfere with our affairs? And most importantly, what forces a red blooded man somali to sell his soul and his people for few dimes?

First and for all they want our land( Sea-port) remember they are land-locked. The more they divide us, the more we become helpless...Do you know that the Ethiopian planes land anywhere they want? I mean in Somalia Sad

Do you know they kill anyone they want?

Secondly greed (Damac) for the great land (Somalia) with no people. They are 75 million and we are 8 million who are against each other.
Can you believe 75 million do not want to break down into tiny countries but they are encouraging to devide us... into lands Sad

Something terrible that happened to them (at the hands of Somalis) some hundreds years ago is still ingrained in their subconscious.

We are upwards of 14 million people they are upwards of 72 million Kam.
We are in their nation. We are above them (djoubti), we are below them (NFD) we are in their storytales (Ahmed gurey). Its only natural that they feel we are there enemies. Laughing

djoubti is an independent nation Kam. NFD and somali galbeed are both missin but they will comeback inshallah. SOMALIA PROPER is approximated at 14 million people. People have been saying 8 million for like 10 yrs. But ethiopia a country with 70 million people seems to increase every year Laughing

Plus the ethnic somali's in the hor number 20-25 million. NO AMXAROO OR Tigray number more then us. JUST the oromo's. But they are dumber then us. I just love me some amxaar chicks Laughing

but its good to have ambition.

I on the other hand believe that we should help end the TIgre Dictatorship
in Ethiopia and help create a Real Federal Democratic state.

When that is a reality then there really is no need for 1 large Somali Superstate.

Hypothetically speaking, for example, let us say that you tresspassed on my property few times willing to defeat me, and possess a deap seated spiritual like hatred towards me, emanating from your beliefs wrongly or rightly that my existence is due to a land stolen from you. Should I offer you an unconditioned free hand when you are weak, or, will I, in all in my powers attempt to keep you divided when you are weak for the sake of my existance? When Somalis are destroying themselves, what is in it for Ethiopian politicians to help and float it alive the the same symbol or idea that unites all Somalis, and threatens them? If Ethiopia was in that position, then Somalia would have done the same thing. Don't blame them. We need seriously to think differently our relations with Ethiopia, we can't wipe each other, and all we managed so far and with a strong mindset and still continue doing is wiping the future of our collective children. Together, we can make the Horn of Africa a peaceful and productive region. This can be a win-win situation for all Somalis and all Ethiopians. Otherwise, let us listen to politicians who have imposed on us this destructive mentality on us, and had so much to gain from this never ending wars, destructive rivalry and hatred. The choice is simple, either the above, or, let us keep alive the global logo known for Ethiopia and Somalia for misery. Bro, desperate times demand desperate measures. We urgently need new breed of Somalis and Ethiopians to change that self defeatist mindset.

As for me, I get along with people based on their character. I met good and bad people of manyy nationallities.
