That list is silly.

Sudan is booming big time.
The company i work for just expanded into the sudan and i have several friends who moved.

They love it..

Khartoum is clean and safe and currently cheap as well.
People are friendly, and becuase of the boom all the hotels are fully booked by western and chinese businessmen.


if you want to visit you have to book well in advance.


If i get the oppurtunity ill go as well.
