Can a raped woman be wed like a virgin?

The raped woman who did her utmost to resist these thugs and their ilk is not guilty of any sin! because she was forced into it, and the one who is forced to do something is not guilty of sin in the case of kufr, which is worse than zinaa (unlawful sexual activity), as Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“except him who is forced thereto and whose heart is at rest with Faith…”
[al-Nahl 16:106]

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Allaah has forgiven for my ummah for their mistakes, what they forget and what they are forced to do.” (Narrated by Ibn Maajah in al-Talaaq, 2033; classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh Sunan Ibn Maajah, 1664]

The Muslim woman who has fallen prey to a rapist will be rewarded for bearing this calamity with patience, if she seeks reward with Allaah for the harm that has befallen her. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “No stress or exhaustion befalls the Muslim, nor worry or distress, even a thorn which pricks him, but Allaah will expiate for his sins because of that.” (Narrated by al-Bukhaari and Muslim).

Young Muslim men should hasten to marry women such as these who have been tormented, so as to reduce their suffering and console them, to compensate them for the loss of the most precious thing that they possess, which is their virginity. And by doing this Insha*Allah Allah will cover their sins [the men] and pardon them or even Grant these men the Jannah for doing such noble thing.. the same goes for men who has been raped as kids or grown women should hasten to marry them!

if a woman/man gets raped, she/HE dose not have to tell anyone If Allah has concealed this despicable crime that has been unjustly done to her/HIM, she/HE can ask Allah to cover it as many times ignorant people blames the victims and not the perpetrator!

Now the ruling regard having 4 witnesses applies to rape victims as well and if the woman can’t provide 4 witnesses which is impossible at times then she has 3 other options, either to kill the perpetrator[s] and There is no blame on her or to forgive them and that is which is called having ixsaan the highest level if iman {{ Al Caafiyina cala Naas wallahu yuxibul muxsineen}} and Allah will replaces far better things for her in this life and the next or to pray against them [not forgving them] and Allah will give her victory in this life or the next or even both! Because The Dua of the oppressed wither Muslim or kaafir reaches Allah without any veil and Allah him self answer that call of the oppressed and Allah has sworn on his Cizah that he will give them victory walo bacda xiin!

Okay, if you think there is no cultural implications when it comes to woman and rape, than perhaps should not be skipping your high school "man in society" or "anthropology" courses. Exactly what are they teaching you these days?.... Yaree, rape victims have suffered cultural and societies bias agianst them for supposedly getting rape through all of history. Even today, in some parts of India, a raped woman cannot return to her family, she is as good as dead. It was custom in Arab societies pre-islam and even today to disown their daughter after being raped. All over the known world, Cultural differences as well as religious differences determined how a rape victim is viewed in society and most of the time it was not in her favour.


Even in one of Shakespeare's great tragic plays, Titus Andronicus , Titus beheads his own daughter after being raped by the queen's two sons. The idea that a raped woman is ruined, stained and utterly useless has long been ingraved in cultural customs around the world.
