I'm really sorry to digress from the subject, but having been tasked with the duty of grammar police of SomaliNet, I feel I ought to set Sir- Lug straight. A few corrections are in order kind Sir:

Rather than the clumsy "how could someone be this stupid evades my mind."
consider instead "how someone could be as stupid as that is beyond me."

You see my dear friend, things don't "evade" the mind, it just doesn't make for much grammatical sense. The whole sentence is poorly constructed.

As the grammar police officer of SNet, I strongly suggest that you pay more earnest attention to your sentence composition.

The Somali gunmen who shot dead two people watching a World Cup match have been arrested and will face Islamic justice, an Islamist leader has said.

Hardliner Sheikh Dahir Aweys says the killing of a cinema owner and a young girl was an accident. The gunmen could face the death penalty.
