In my opinion, the essence of hijab and preference of keeping women at homes is to avoid any chance of sex without marriage.
Islam doesnÂ’t only tell people that, but keeps both sexes apart.
To do so you need to put one of these sexual categories out of sights.
Women became easy victims because they are physically (or mentally as some say) weaker.
One other reason of doing that is keeping the paternal line.
Emancipate Muslim women!

Hijab empowers women and give them power over men. I have met many women who wear Niqab. Believe me, when I meet them, I do NOT feel in any way that somehow some man has told them to do this to subjagate them. I myself feel SO subjugated and powerless when I meet a woman in niqab, as though she is in total control.
Is it just me or are the majority of people who are complaining about the hijab non-Muslims? I know there are some Muslims out there that don't see a reason for it and want to get rid of the hijab but every time I turn they are non-Muslim that's making all the fuss; why is that?
If you don't want let your womenfolk half naked, who cares?
