Gurey sxb i am at sharjah at the moment the good thing in this place is tht within every 2Kilometer radius there is a masajiid its cheaper to live compared to dubai but the prices keep going up a 2 bedroom flat is almost 40k per year laakin dubai u can actuly buy properties like the dubai marina project & THE PALM TREEE etc
