University is nothing to brag about. Xamar has most unis in Somalia about 3-4 unis, it used to have 6 unis.
Other cities with Unis are
Burco
Boroma
Laas Canood
Bosaso
Garowe
Beled-weyne (in progress)
Kismayo
and a few other places......
