So this is a local clan war between Ogaden and Marehan?

Fock both of them I do not give a flying fock - two kombo clans killing each other: Greeeeeat!

But maybe for the people who do care ie the victims, an Islamist takeover will be OK, even if the Islamists are say Hawiye.

Or perhaps Wadaad is really no good at all unless he comes from one's own clan?

On the grounds back home both Mareexaan and Ogaden are very close to the maxkamadaha.
Mareexaan fighters helped liberate xamar from warlords.
Also Ogaden fighters were being accused of being ONLF by selfish warlords desperate for Ethiopian help.
These two clans are also very important because they live on the borders where foreign troops could enter the country.
The Maxkamad in Balawayn closed their section of the border.
I wish they build maxkamado in Dhoobley and Beled xaawo areas and seal the borders.
