Yeah I have Insight too, I could never get it before since I lived in the hood.
I work for another cable company, so I am not as clueless as I was before. I make sure that I get every cent I am paying for. Laughing

by tripping do you mean slow, its pretty fast here. You probably need to delete your cookies and temporary internet files. If that doesn't work your pretty much screwed unless you do a system recovery.

If their service sucks just tell them to send a tech out their to see whats going on. If they agree to send someone out before they fukk with anything ask them if its free or not. I think for most companies after thirty days or so they don't charge customers tech fees unless you have a dog chew on your coax cable or damaged wires. If anything from the outside is screwed up like bad signals or wiring fukked up outside its free.

Those miskiin customer care people have souls too. Laughing

it would either be firing him/her, and then going through the whole process of finding a replacment.

why go through all that when you can just give one of the hundreds of un-used rooms, to just him/her up.
