If their service sucks just tell them to send a tech out their to see whats going on. If they agree to send someone out before they fukk with anything ask them if its free or not. I think for most companies after thirty days or so they don't charge customers tech fees unless you have a dog chew on your coax cable or damaged wires. If anything from the outside is screwed up like bad signals or wiring fukked up outside its free.

Those miskiin customer care people have souls too.
