Now, for baasto. Baasto are carbs, or, "gasoline (fuel) for our bodies. It's what we use as our prime source of energy, therefore, it won't help you to gain weight, except around your mid riff. If you're interested in gaining ANY type of weight, healthy or not, which includes being fat/obese, then eat away. But be prepared for health problems later. I.E diabetes, heart disease, etc.
