Lafo-Lafo awoowe isku xishood, kala fahan national circles iyo tribe circles.
If in your tribe the Sayid is disliked, nationally the Sayid is the hero who fought against invaders and their sympathic local loyalists.
Fellow Zairans were used to murder the hero Patrice Lumumba.
Lawrence of Arabia used the Sheriff of Mecca to break up the last Islamic caliphate, the Ottoman.
Etc etc etc
If you read Jamac Maxamed Qalib's book "The Cost of Dictatorship", he says at the time of his birth the dervish attacked his village and killed his father. But he also says his father and village were actively collaborating with the British so the Sayid had reason for attacking them.

Lafo,
Awoow, what the hell was that link?!!!! loooooooooooooooooooooool
That was explicit, actually more than necessary ................................. and that was when?!!! so why are we surprised with Iimaan, Ayan Hirsi etc etc etc.
The Sayid "may" have committed atrocities, or may have been attributed to him, but if we look at the bigger picture, beyond few elderly casualties, there is no doubt he was a legend and the father of Somalia
