Kerry wasn't saying the military is stupid, laakin Kerry himself is stupid and doesn't know how to string a sentence together to get his point across. Gee what a surprise. No wonder he lost to Bush. The father of all stupidity.

He said what he wanted to say. Then he apologized for the way understood it. The biibol are not idiots, they know exactly what he meant. He got caught! If he knew it would turn out that way and he'd be forced to apologize, then he should've never said that!
