Bro, you have every right to be offended, and will like to apologise on behalf of everyone.

However, if you google "Muslim pick up lines", you will see those same jokes in many Muslim sites, and was said in a spirit of sarcasm with a message intended towards young people. We all know young people do fornicate, and it was meant guiding and appealing to them to a positive Muslim life of a bliss. Quiet the opposite of offending Islam. I agree with you they are pathetic, and cant be used in a real life situation. Indeed, an older guy will find it tasteless and offensive. I hope I didnt offend you again. Very Happy

Mow, they were OK as long as they started talking about hijab or praying, those are not things to joke about. You can joke about culture or some customs but not about cibaada.

I understand that they were not meant to offend and they were meant to young muslims but still there are some limits we shouldn't cross.

I thought you were Cawar and QansaGabeyle's generation. I'm older than you.

I know brother, I heard those jokes two years ago told by other Muslim friends, and I felt it to be tasteless (they were nice Muslims, that I couldnt doubt their sincerity as Muslims). I'm glad you made a valid statement above and stuck to that. A very good reminder and a positive attitude. That is how we all should approach towards each other, instead of judging the sincerity of others on this board.
