Mick Assaulting a police officer is a major no go. Major. Has he done that when another cop as in the area, he'd be dead, and justifiably so.
I hear ya, but's let's be objective. 60 years?? Come'on. And if there WAS a serious felony warrant on him, that biatch was awfully cas' in her approach to said suspect.
Mick You got to believe the guy already had a standing warrant for other serious crimes and that is why he assaulted her in the first place. You heard his words "Baby I can't go to jail". That indicates he knew he had some bad history and was likely to end up in jail, maybe for a long time, so he assaulted her to try and get out of it.
Also, what you don't know is how badly she was injured. Here's a 200 plus pound guy wailing on her face. After the first blow she was probably semi-conscious. There is a good chance she has permanent disabling injury.
So there is a lot here we don't know. Of course, how each of us views this is inticately tied to race. Blacks don't trust the American judicial system to be fair. White's generally see it as a lot fairer. In fact, blacks don't trust the American society as a whole to be fair. A lot of social and judicial baggage is left over from slavery, and while we have made huge progress, we are not over it yet.
Man, if you go that far you gotta be prepared to be killed or die. I mean REALLY prepared.
There was no reason for him to keep going like that. He just lost it to adrenaline & the 'Fight or Flight Syndrome' Phenomenon.
Drugs, Poverty, Lack of Opportunity.........they all play a role.
But I don't agree with the inhumane concept of prison anyways.......It's a 24/7 Criminial Convention & Expo........What is society thinking when they place criminals together in jail for years upon years and then unleash them on society.........calling it something like 'parole'........I don't even know what that word means.
I mean, the odds are stacked against them from the start.
If I was handed a lengthy jail sentence, I would ask for execution. If I couldn't get that, I would want solitary confinement.

Gedo Absolutely right. They all play a role. BUT, they are not an excuse. Like I said, we don't know the whole story, but the one lesson you can draw from this is "Don't assault a police officer."
Again, 60 years??? F'uck, most of the Third Reich get less than that. And also again, the dumb biatch was awful cavalier in her approach to "dangerous, wanted felon". Almost like she was thinkin "This dangerous, wanted black felon will surrender peacefully because i'm a white woman, who's a cop. Therefore he'll acquiesce to my authority". Dumb c'unt. She should have had her firearm drawn, prepared for the neccessity of a "high risk takedown," if indeed the charges were that serious.
I'm not defending her one way or another. But it seems to me that you are looking for excuses to explain how this guy was railroaded because he was black when, in fact, you don't the facts any better than I do.
Wrong. But you're avoiding MY point, which is he got 60 years, more than many of the Third Reich received, because he was black. But i've noticed you and Grant both are beginning to echo the sentiments of people like Stormfront, American Renaissance (Jared Taylor) and the Minuteman Militia.
As for the facts, I got them from a Boston area phpbb, to which I added the link in my earlier post in this thread.
First of all, a number of guys (several hundred actually) were executed. But many got off light considering their behavior. Please tell me you don't think we let some krauts off the hook because they were white.
Like I said, you don't even know what crimes this guy committed. But, strangely enough, a guy at work brought this subject up. A BLACK guy. He said the cop in question had almost every bone in her face broken and required a number of reconstructive facial surgeries. He didn't think race was a subject at all in the sentancing. He said anyone who would do that, likely had a criminal record a mile long.
Now, like I said, if you had evidence that all the guy had was a couple of traffic tickets, then hey, I'm with you. But you don't. You are assuming that he is the victim of prejudice because you assume the American judicial system is unfair towards blacks.
