Wasn't it you who said that journalists taking pictures of starving Somalis were doing it just to humiliate the Somali people and should all be shot ?

If it weren't for the humanitiarian concerns, and the terror concerns because of the humanitarian concerns, I think most Americans would be willing to let Somalia crawl into a burqa and do whatever. It is the sort of response you just gave that suggests to us that we can't.

It seems to me that you in particular, and Islam in general, need to realize that you are part of an international community that has legitimate humanitarian and security concerns. Look at Jimmy Carter's new book. The concept of justice has been diminished on the world stage of late, but it is not an exclusively Islamic concept and men like Carter are increasingly enunciating it in the West. I see it as a bad idea to overwhelm such thinking with more talk of 9/11.

Are you interested in the welfare of the Somali people, or just your personal ability to face down kaafirs with pride ?
