^ Abu cuteyba is the one who strictly enforced the qaad ruling in Xamar. He's the hardcore wadaad behind it.

He wants to bring it to Shabellaha and indhacadde thinks the rules of this qaad ban is below his "SECURITY CHIEF" portfolio Laughing

Even if IndhaCadde left Xamar, he probably left with his weapons so Abu Cuteyba won't bother going down there

"SHEIK" INDHACADDE supposedly only has two tekniko for his own protection. But he's by default the head of the military aka security wing of the ICU. Its a showdown between real sheiks like abu cuteyba and the fake moryaan Laughing

The fake wadaads or the Qabiilists in the ICU make people suspicious of them.

However, the real Wadaads, with the exception of Sh. Shariif & Abu Mansoor seem to be too hard core for many of the people to have any trust in some of their judgment.

I think the hard core group might have good intentions, but some of their methods seem likely to create escalating violence in my opinion.

Gedo: The Cayr have been disarmed by trickery. They have really bought into the ICU and handed over their weapons.

In Kismayo, Seerar &Goobale handed their weapons to the ICU. Abu Cutebya and Tuurki took over those weapons for the ICU Army. However, the Cayr are now not in any position to control KIsmayo and it is under an alliance of OGaden, Sheikahaal, Gaaljaceel and some Marexan.

THe same thing happened in Barawe. the ICU asked for volunteer disarmament and the CAYR were too happy to surrender their weapons. The next stop is Marka.

Abu Cuteyba was behind the khat ban because of the murder of a Murusade man by Indocaade's cousin. The Cayr suspect fled Xamar with Indocaade's assistance. This pissed off the Murusade and tension started to build up. Aweys told Indocaade to leave because he feared clashes between the Indocaade forces and Abu Cutebyas.

From a close source, I have been told that the Cayr are now scratching their heads because they realize that they have LOST control of the ICU militarly. They can not challenge Abu Cuteyba and his allies.
