I would take Galol (a known atheist) over some who call themselves Muslims but deep down are austere munaafaqs. Giving Islam lip-service and wishing over all wishes that their qabiil conquer others even if it comes to handing over the country to our age old nemesis, is pure hypocricy to say the least and downright evil at most.

At least Galol doesn't lie about his belief or the lack of it, but has the betterment of his country at heart, he doesn't cloak himself with a sheepskin and then bite.
