Now when it comes to suicide we have to be really careful not to say every one that commits such act will go to hell.

This is because generally people with mental illnes are not viewed as responsible for their actions in religion.
Modern society might have different criteria for judging someone as mentally Ill. (Someone might be seen as ill by us but not by Allah subhana wa ta'ala and vice versa).

Secondly murder is haram, unless ot was self defence or unless the sharia law was involved and a person had to get a death sentence.

Apart from that what good reason are out there to take someones life?
