What you have quoted states that the Courts in a press conference claimed that they have killed 203 Amxaaro and wounded hundred others and that have lost 20 soldiers and 60 wounded. The same piece of information that other networks reported.

You made the blunder of quoting lines that you linguistically did not grasp while the partial title of the news article states:

المحاكم تعلن قتل 200 جندي إثيوبي

meaning Court announces/declares (تعلن) that they have killed 200 Ethiopians.

You do know the meaning of the verb تعلن
