I DEF aint gonna bet on that,
but I DO remember a group of young white dudes who owned their own 3 bedroom on the top floor. Nice crib, too.

Okay lets try it this way. As you stand in front of the entance, look up and you will see the 2nd floor balcony to your right. That was Peter's apt. And he was not a young white dude (his son's were).

Lets try again. Pete's younger son was still in hi school, his older son came and went usually went to tune up some horny chick, so he was not aroung a lot. If you were there then you would know that in 1987 there was a murder in apt 201. It was Peter who got killed. Check it out with some of the original records in the management office.
Peter was known in the area as a "small time" pushe. Hell he even has a small grow op going in his second bedroom after his older son moved out to the mother's place.
Anyway check it out. I,m gone -its Xmas day and I am going over to a friends for a couple beers. Just hope RIDE is not too active tonite.

Oh SHIT! THAT dude !! I remember that!!! Christ, that's just a distant fragment in my memory now. I just meant in the sense that was non white, but you meant non young.
