Lord Diplock, either you never knew who Col. Barre Hiiraale was before the Kismayoo invasion or you selfisly deny his involvement in bringing peace to Somalia. I am not going to explain the role he played prior to the Kismayoo invasion due the length but why don't you google the somali news archives if you're sincerely want to know who he was.
