I hate them both, but was confused because its 1 am and I havnt been able to sleep for 2 days straight Sad

I just cant do it. I dont know why....its happened in the past for 3 days straight, one afternoon I just fell asleep on the couch watching tv and slept for 12 hours. My mum led me upstairs and I dont remember that happening. Its weird, I cant sleep no matter what I try Laughing

Lavender, milk, I tried routine and that didnt work last time.... I just lay in bed awake, read a book, or surf the net.

WTF is a sleep clinic? I dont know about drugs dude, I dont even take paracetmol. Its not worth some quack focking me up worse. Its not that bad til it gets to day three or so, the first day went by like normal. Ill deal with it and it will go at some point inshaAllah.
