look at it this way. A lotta those Ethio troops and Officers remember that Eritrean war too well. And the presence of a few thousand Eritrean troops in Somalia would have made them second guess themselves. That would have been a crucial element in the conflict.

No buddy, the border war was over reigme change and trying to capture Assab and Asmara and EThiopia failed...Eritrea killed half the Ethiopian military in under two years...Bro, give it up, no way a military can loose half of her military to a lessar armed nation and still ever utter victory...

If AMerica lost even the same amount of troops to cuba, would you consider it a victory? better yet, what would you think of the cuban fighters?...That's right, you would worship them...

Looks as if Rodent Zenawi used Yusuf like a biatch to help restore some of his army's confidence with an easy victory. F'uckin gutless Eritreans didn't even show up.

Come on now, you can't really think that holding a dusty little town with 1500 residents by expense of losing half of your army, an amazing figure of 123,000 bakhtis is a victory?

Just tell us the real reason. How many Amxaara cousins and brothers you lost in that war? And you don't wanna think they died for nothing.

They just use the wars to destruct people from their incompetent governments. Both Ethiopia and Eritrea are ruled by warmongering bigots. But I gotta hand it to Eritrea for managing to get its independence unlike Ogadenia which could also have succeeded if it wasnÂ’t for silly clan quarrels. I just wonder if the Somaliland leaders will be smart enough to recognise the small window of opportunity while Somalia is still occupied or if their dream will be squashed by qabiil.

Ashlee, I hate her for being a silly qabiilist woman who thinks being YusufÂ’s laf is going to get her somewhere just like you...to her qabiil is bigger than Islaamnimo and Somalinimo.

Walaahi, she is not the only one, I have other relatives who are from GhediÂ’s clan who have already met with him. Somalis are blind with qabiil and IÂ’ll be damned if I support traitors for being the same qabiil as me. Right now people are consumed with qabiilism but soon they will realise the gravity of being illegally occupied by your neighbour. Looking at qabiil is being very short sighted. Once upon a time, some Africans welcomed slave traders and sold their fellow Africans in return for weapons but soon they were being sold in return for nothing.

Ashlee, qabiil caused the civil war so it all depends on how you look at it. As for when the war broke out, we fled to stay with our relatives not with our qabiil.

Yeah I think they can defend themselves, they did great job this far.

You didn't answer my question, holding a little town with 1500 residents with no strategic meaning at cost of half of your armed forces, a 123000 dead soldiers is a victory?

I don't support Eritrean government because also they oppress muslims but when compared to Ethiopia I choose them any day. I celebrate any move that takes us closer to break-up of Ethiopian government.

Laughing

No actually, we fled to our hawiye relatives. Smile

You need to stop talking qabiilist rubbish. This is what IÂ’ll say for the last time>>> as long as Somalis like you believe in this qabiil rubbish you will not enjoy much peace in Somalia and things will always return to the way they have been and worse<<<

As young Somalis we have to think of better for Somalia.
