Who is in control of kismayo?
Darood and they are more reliable as UIC fighters because there was planned sabotage by some Hawiye in Xamar plus the spies planted there over the years.

The reason they left xamar is because of bad terrain & hideouts and its better suited for insurgency & guerilla warfare, the Other reason was because Harti Abgaal (gheedi people) whom are completely dominant vowed to fight against the courts and pound them from the BACK if war was to start and the spy's were in overwhelming numbers (typical abgaal trait) so fighting in Xamar would have been Disastrous for the courts
