I think all Somalis hate almost all political leaders the world over (except for Chavez and Ahmedinijad). Probably just as well.

We need to cut ties with A-rabs ASAP. the current situation in our beloved land and their lack of will to do anything about it is a testiment to their munaafaqnimo. They use Islam to further A-rab agendas and confused Somali wadaads go running participating in their wars...where the fock are they now? I don't see no damn Jihaadis coming to the aid of Somalia except Al-kaadi who usually cause muslim folks worldwide hardship by garnering westeren wrath on poor innocent folks whom the west will take satisfaction in exterminating.

we should leave the arab league to.

djibouti is the only country that use the arab league. we should follow the footsteps of djibouti. i still remember how these cowards told us to cut ties with israel while they kiss the foots of israelis. israel atleast recognised the republic of somalia while arabs blocked the recognition of somaliland what a munafaqiin.

no abti, we're part of the 'arab league'..... big difference.

and even that we joined for politcal and financial reasons not because we consider ourselves to be arabs.

And the reason you don't consider yourselves to be Arab is you're not. Arabs a semitic, you are hamitic. Arabs speak Arabic, you speak Somali. There are major cultural, linguistic and racial differences.

BTW according to historians Darod Ismail Jaberti was an Arab. and since the great majority of Somalis are his descendents by default they're arabs too.

That's myth, not historical fact.

Furthermore, even were there one paternal ancestor, that would be insufficient to consider Somalis a member of that ethnic group. Fact is, you are not Semites. Fact is, you belong to a Cushitic linguistic group. You are about as Arab as the Afghans.
