U seem to be a rational person. What terms would the rational wing of the UIC accept to join the Somali political process & acquire seats in government ?
Would you accept being an opposition party with seats in parliment & cabinet ministers ?[/quote]
AW,
Haven't you learned anything of the nature of the UIC during their rule? They are not interested in being a part of a hoax government set up by Somalia's traditional enemies. Specially a government that consists of the same men who have threatened to sell them to the U.S. government as prisoners.

Muslim-Man:
Ever heard the idea of pragamatism ?
If the UIC join the TFG, they can slowly increase their power base through elections & prevent giving Abdullahi Yusuf the ammo of saying they are terrorists since they are in the TFG.
The Xamar warlords figured that out early on & refused to leave the TFG & become rebels but rather 1 wing of the TFG against the other wing.

AW,
What you are disregarding is the ideology of the UIC leadership, they are not secularists who can be part of a secular government. If that was their intention, they could've formed their own secular government or join the TFG long ago when the odds were much better for them.

Cawar,
Do you honestly believe this, misa qalbiga ayaa isugu dhiseysaa?

MM,
Cawar has been diagnosed delusional for the past two or three weeks, he is intoxicated with potential power and he wouldn't see the truth of the matter even if it's slapping him repeatedly in the face
