By the way, leave Xaaji Suleymaan alone. How do you know the ancestor was not a Xaaji. Being a Xaaji does not make you owliyo, it makes you a person who has fulfilled the requirements of the Xaaj. The Saleemaan are loyal to their country unlike many other clans.

BTW...There was a joke about the Odayaal Saleeban who were visitng the reer xamar ppl in shangaani..as they were their mukulal madoows..

No I'll just keep it to myself since I don't want people misunderstanding the song.

The Suleymaan are very sincere people. They even faught for Cali Mahdi when the Habargidir V Abgaal war broke out because they didnÂ’t want to go back on their support just because it turned into a qabiil war. The abgaal started to think the Saleemaan were abgaal or something. About the mukulaal madoob, it was the reer Xamar that asked the Suleymaan to marry their daughters as far as I know.

Cawar, itÂ’s true they married their daughters off to make sure they didnÂ’t get raped before they were married. But it was all Somalis doing that not just reer xamar. My friend back then got married before puberty and she was half Suleymaan. Parents were not marrying their daughters off to moroyaan.....they were marrying them off to the local boys from those clans.

That statement could only be true if reer xamar odayaal had guns to their head and were affraid for their lives.... From what i remember no reer xamar oday allowed his daughters to reach the age of puberty withougt getting her married to another xamari...Them fuks were so affraid of inter mix they didn't let their daughters come out of the house till they had loads of kids and bodies covered from head to toe.....
