My last gran died during the warÂ….I never met my other grandparents they all died when my parents were young.

My Grandmother is over 100 years old and lives here in ATL with my parent, walaahi 3 weeks ago I got me a camcord and flimed her about 4 hours, she told me stories about when Britishku haystay somalia(she's Isaaq so she grew up north) and when my father was a child and what he used to do. I even found out stories we didnt even know, she told me that she had another husband b4 my grand father and she left him after 3 months cos he was crayz Laughing

Last year I took her shopping( she wanted dhar dhaxan) so I took her to this local dept. store, she looked around and said MA HAL NIN BAA WAXAN OO DHAN LEH, then I said haa ayeeyo she said WALEE HADABA NINKAASAA LACAG HAYA Laughing

coming back she said WAR MAXAA ISHAN CAS MAANTA NAGU SALIDAY(she was talking about the red lights), she told me she had 9 kids b4 my father and they all died on birthso when my father was born some old ladies said dhagtay ka dulayninayaan si uusan u dhiman markaasya waxay tiri NAAGIHII BAAN KU IRI NAA ORDOO IGA TAGA MALADKULMOOD KANAA DHAG FURAN IYO KANAA FUTO FURAN TOONA MA YAQAANEE Laughing
