1. Breakfast Egg omelette with cheese, hot dogs & white bread
2. Lunch: Triple Whopper, Large Coke, Large Fries, Hershey Sundae Pie
3. Dinner: Dominos Large Pizza, Large Coke (2L), Cinnisticks, and some Hagen Daz.
Keep that up for 1 week and u will gain at least 12 pounds.
