Good source of iron and dietary fiber. Far too much sugars (75% by weight), little protein. Good for quick energy, but fresh fruits are much better on nearly every nutritional parameter, especially vitamin content. They were valued in the past because they don't spoil, not because they have any amazing properties. They're certainly not good for your health.
I like them with cold milk.
