Baidoa should be made the adminstrative capital.
Just like many other countries:
Nigeria has Lagos the capital and Abuja as the adminstrative capital
The Netherlands- Amesterdam and The Hague
add other countries with dual capitals.

Marka is one of those towns you want to stay small or medium sized. It is a vacation town type, not a capital.

Musik.. Qaldaan tea?So you do love me?
On a more serious note.
Why would you even suggest the capital of Somalia to be moved? If you had an ounce of dignity for your nationality you wouldnt propose such a thoughtless thing.
While Somalia is struggling to keep the little dignity, solidarity, solidity and global appearance it has. You want to further confuse the situation and show that Somalia is really and truly messed up with arrogant people that they can not even fix a problem rather they just push it under the carpet and look for bigger fish to fry. If Xamar is in ruins ..Fix it. Look for another way. Saying we should move it just shows you've given up on partisan, the pride and self-made country Somalia is today. It shows that Somalia is mystified and has nothing to really offer..
Get your priorities straight mate.

fixed...
and federal provinces of Puntland, SLand, Hiiraan, Jubba, Southwest, ect
that way, the somalilanders are independent but they still are under the somalia umbrella
infact, wasn't that supposed to be the plan in the 60s? SMH

Mogadishu will remain the capital. Although I love Marka it's a very small town and not fit to host the government of Somalia.
Marka, instead could become one of the best vacation spots.

your capital is hargeisa, and you like somalis and somalia to be in a mess, so they will recognize your qaldaan land. treacherous intent. let us worry about our capital. everywhere in somalia is peaceful, and a capital city doesnt have to be the biggest city in the country but a place of stability. xamar is hijacked by ayr terrorists, either kill them all and bloodshed in xamar, or move the capital and isolate the ayr trouble makers. qaldaan tea, miss.

i vote yes.
Moqadishu does not have to be the capital.
you can use any town in the south as a capital
