mow,

don't u live in sauidi arabia? what of this new years resolution? unless hijaab over there means burka, u already wear one on the regular, or did i miss something.[/quote]

not every one wearing hijab. some people wear cause its by law to wear in public. depends which area you live. if you live in jeddah you dont have to wear it. also in east provinces where oil freigner employees live.

Mowlid, That doesn't make sense. Are you saying you don't wear hijaab when you go out?

Mowliid, That's a strange way of looking at it. If you put on some sort of a veil on your head when you leave your home that is what a mutxajibah means. You live in Saudi Arabia for godsake I don't even think you could let your bangs show without the police harressing you.

in riyadh mayve you would be attacked by religious police but i've been living in dammam since 2002 never seen any religion police.

LOOOL @ paki style. i seen them chickas in my old high school. we used call them covertible hijabis. they come to school with the hijab halfway open(with some hair showing, kinda like what ya'll are doing over there) and by afternoon, its droptop baby. Laughing

point is mow, if a strand of your hair is showing, why bother covering other portions??(unless u are forced to do it) don't make sense. reality is women over there must cover..it don't matter how u slice and dice the ways u wear whatever it is u put on your head..bottomline...u must cover. marka walaalo sifiicanlee maad iskaga hijaabatid.

sad walaahi. Sad
