What do you mean A/Y defeated mooryaan? A/Y didn't defeat mooryaan or fought against Mooryaan but gave them positions of power in his organization and welcomed them when they were expelled from Muqdisho. The ethiopian army out of training from US military bases in Ethiopia defeated a group of somalis from all clans including many who came from Hargeysa to fight alongside other somalis. A/Y and his Junior warlords just asked for a lift and not to be forgotten by the Ethiopians on their way to Muqdisho. A/Y and his organization are place-holders and enforcers of Ethiopian interests in keeping the country devided along clan lines.
