Racism in all cultures has existed,to say that isolation is some sort of causational element is indeed true, (depending on the classification they belong to) but Mogadishu is a 1st century establishment, which had vital connections with traders from all walks of life. I am personally for safeguarding of heritage and I believe that people should stay within their own race (i.e. Somalis with Somalis).

Should that be the case in the 21st century? I mean the purpose of educating people on racism/prejudice is to try to take away the ignorance that supports such tunnel vision.

WOW. when I said racism is ignorance and that the situation is somalia is a true example of it..well I was right. Listen to yourself...I bet all of you that say we hate cadaan, asians and what so live out of Somalia and were taken in by these people you are claiming to hate, when you yourself run out of your country for killing each other because of ignorace and stupidity.Most Somalis that talk like this are ungratefull, uneducated and that is the Majority. Allah (S.A.W) said something in the lines of "they have their religion and you have yours" so I say Somalis please be grateful to the people who took you in as a refugee and let you be who you are because that is part of being a Muslim.
