Ahmed gurey was a Harti man, probably Warsangeli for two reasons. The town of Mait is mentioned in the book which Warsangeli were in charge of at that time. Ahmed Gurey was also called Garaad Ahmed to which Warsangeli has the longest Garad chain. Third, the Harti, was mentioned as the most dominant group who faught with the Imam. Riighaaye, I read Futux Al Habasha and I can bring proof right now. I have no problems if he was Warsan but history says otherwise.

Now answer this..
