Im from Badhan. There is zero Somaliland presence there. Majority are Wersengeli who are Harti and considered themselves part of Puntland although their presence is not strong, somalilands is non existent walaal believe me i was there last month. Somaliland cares only about Hargeisa and puts everything into it and acts like the rest of somaliland is the same. Propaganda gets you nowhere, the truth always come through.
